• D'Amboise gate is quite popular and catchy among the other gates and is quite important from military viewpoint. It was built during the rule of Grand Master Emery d'Amboise.
• Being near to the St. Mary’s Tower, St. Athanasius' Gate is surrounded by side-walls. It was blocked by the Grand Master d’Aubusson in 1501.
